I am an extremely compassionate, empathetic, and intuitive individual that truly cares about people and embraces personal growth and learning through researching, self experimentation, and life experiences. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Studies (with focuses on, 1- Health and Wellness and 2- Business and marketing), an Associate of Science degree in Integrative Health and Healing, level 4 Healing Touch certificate, Reiki Master degree, and 21 years in the health field, I am well equipped to assist you on your healing and soul ascension journey.  On top of the above mentioned, I have completed several Practical Nursing and Health Science college courses, 12 years of extensive online research in the areas of nutrition, pathology, microbiology, physiology, biochemistry, spiritualism, and multiple Alternative Medicine modalities, and had my own personal experience with chronic and “mysterious” health issues that I have mostly overcome on my own.  Nothing lights a fire under your bottom like losing your health! I've been on this healing and awakening journey for around 16 yrs now; I've tried every diet under the sun and engaged in many different lifestyles, and although life is a learning journey that continues until your last breath, I do feel that I have arrived to a place of great confidence, trust, and faith in my spiritual gifts and expertise in health and wellness to assist you on your journey today.
