Service Description

Receive personalized holistic health coaching with expert guidance and support along your health journey to overcome challenges, find true root causes to dis-ease, set achievable goals, empower yourself, and improve your well-being. This price includes up to an hour of my personal time (outside of our scheduled one hour holistic health coaching session) for researching (if needed), brainstorming, and plan and strategy development. Please read my "home" and "about me" pages for more information and understanding on why and how I can assist you on your healing journey. These sessions take place over zoom meetings and if you would like them recorded, I can do that.
