Service Description

My cooking journey and love affair with food began 20 years ago and throughout this journey, I've tried just about every diet known to mankind. I am the "home preparation and cooking type" and have that chef's intuition. I have become quite talented and skilled in the kitchen, and using clean, fresh, local, and organic ingredients has become a huge passion of mine along with sourcing ethical, organic, and natural animal products from local regenerative farms. Food is medicine- what we ingest absolutely affects our holistic health, including and possibly most importantly, our energetic health, both chemically and metaphysically. I cook with love and passion, which is important for my consumer's holistic health, and can pour my passion and skill into any type of diet (although I am not interested in unhealthy food or using poor quality ingredients). You provide the ingredients and cookware, and I am open to doing the grocery shopping provided that you catch the bill and pay me hourly for it. You can also enjoy this service online, either by watching demonstrations or cooking alongside me, as I guide you through each step and explain the what, why, and how... as desired.
