My love affair with food began over 20 years ago. Throughout that journey, I’ve explored nearly every dietary approach imaginable, deepening my understanding of how food truly affects the body. I am, at heart, a home-preparation chef with strong culinary intuition. Over the years, I’ve developed refined skill in the kitchen and a deep commitment to using clean, fresh, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Whenever possible, I prioritize local and organic produce, as well as ethically raised animal products from regenerative farms. I believe food is medicine. What we consume impacts our holistic health (physically, mentally, spiritually, and energetically). Every meal I prepare is crafted with intention, care, and respect for the body. While I specialize in paleo styled, nutrient-dense, grain-free, seed-oil-free, and high-quality whole foods, I can adapt to a variety of dietary preferences. However, I do not prepare highly processed or low-quality foods. My work is rooted in nourishment. You are welcome to select from my curated menu, or request a specific dish for me to thoughtfully prepare for you and your loved ones. Service Details- In-home cooking available- Two plate minimum per visit please. $55 service fee per visit (please add this to your cart when purchasing the menu plates. Includes travel within 11 mile radius as described below, food sourcing and prep prior to your in-home private chef experience, in-home cooking, and kitchen reset- surfaces wiped, dishes washed, and kitchen restored to original condition). I bring my own natural, highly effective cleaning supplies. Travel outside 11 mile radius of 13th & Sheyenne (West Fargo) is a $1 per mile surcharge. For off menu plates, if you prefer that I source and shop for ingredients, I’m happy to do so as long as the grocery cost is covered along with hourly pay for shopping and travel time. You can also enjoy this service online for $33/hr., either by watching my demonstrations or cooking alongside me, as I guide you through each step and explain the "what, why, and how" as desired.
